Cigna Launches ‘One Guide’ Integrated Customer Support Service System

 

 

Cigna commercial health plan members will have access to One Guide starting 1st of January, 2017. One Guide is an all access support and decision service that users can access through mobile app, phones, and even “click-to-chat”.

 

One Guide’s services include choosing benefits, consultations and building health plans with doctors, health coaching, and access to reward programs.

 

Cigna’s Vice President of Customer Health Engagement, Joan Harvey comments "Cigna One Guide transcends what many people have come to expect from the health insurance industry.
