Now Health International announced the launch of their enhanced 24/7 Flexible Service Hub. The operations enhancement comes as a part of the company’s plans for global expansion. Now Health International aims to meet the growing needs of customers located in disparate locations around the world.
Through their new service, a new in-house team of expert service professionals can offer 24/7 support to their customers. The newly formed “FlexNow” team works on a rotating schedule to deliver around the clock services for client support, customer service, and claims processing.
