Mercer, a subsidiary of Marsh & McLennan Companies, has announced the acquisition of Thomsons Online Benefits as a move to combine Mercer’s consulting expertise with Thomsons’ innovative technology. Thomsons Online Benefits is renowned for its revolutionary software to manage and support benefits online.
