Crawford & Co. Introduces New International Management Structure

Crawford & Co., a global claims management company, has recently launched a new international management structure, involving a six-person executive team and five shared services leaders.

The shared functions are namely client management, general counsel, technology, human resources and commercial operations. The ‘G6’ executive team, comprising regional and country CEOs, will report to Ian Muress, Executive Vice President & Chief Executive Officer, International Operations.

Mr. Muress said, “The new structure ensures that each aspect of our international business is fully represented at executive level, enabling rapid decision-making and tactical implementation up and down the chain of command.”

Crawford & Co. provides integrated solutions to the risk management and insurance industry as well as self-insured entities. This include major product lines such as casualty, workers compensation, and medical claims management.
