Aetna International Offers New Product Covering Companies Hiring U.S. Citizens

 

Aetna International introduces Access US, an ACA-compliant product for companies with over 50 total global employees, and at least two employees based in the US to sign up for the group plan.


There are a total of nine standard plans for organisations with a total number of employees between two and 20, while bespoke customisations will be possible for organisations with over 20 employees in the U.S.


Access US was made possible with Aetna International’s partnership with Total Benefit Solutions, an agent for US domestic and international health insurance.


Aetna International’s Executive Director for Distribution, Damian Lenihan comments:


“Access US has simplified a previously complex and costly problem; that of non-US companies providing standardised, yet comprehensive, international health insurance to their American employees based in the US.
A number of our broker-partners have proposed Access US to their clients and are seeing an encouraging take-up,”
