APRIL Group Appoints New CEO Emmanuel Morandini

APRIL Group released two press statements yesterday announcing the appointment of Emmanuel Morandini as the company’s new Group CEO and the reorganisation of APRIL’s international operations.

Emmanuel Morandini has been APRIL Group’s Deputy CEO since 2014 and is expected to take over as the company’s CEO immediately. Mr Morandini has extensive experience as CEO of large insurance and finance companies such as CNP Barclays, CNP Assurances, and Solution Assurance (now known as Accenture Insurance Services).

APRIL Group’s Board of Directors led by Bruno Rousset also announced the plan to reorganise the company’s international operations to restore the company’s profitability and drive sustainable growth. The plan mainly involves APRIL Group’s operations in the US and Switzerland.
